Tyler and crew are fantastic. I needed work done after Home Depot failed to deliver and they were on it! They transformed our kitchen into a beautiful space in the span of a couple of days and answered all my questions with a smile. I highly recommend their services.

I woke up to the sound of water dripping in my bathroom a few days before Christmas. I called around and couldn't get anyone to look at the damage until after the holiday. But, after calling Cunningham Construction, Tyler (the owner) was at my house within an hour to look for the cause.

He quickly assessed the issue and came up with a plan. I called the insurance company. The estimate Tyler sent for the work beat the estimate the insurance company sent for comparison (not sure if that is standard).

Tyler and John came out after the new year when the temps were -30 to -40 degrees outside and crawled through the attic for the repairs, installed a new bathroom exhaust fan and ran a new vent through the roof and properly sealing the fan, and blew in more insulation in the attic.

Couldn't be happier that the other companies "couldn't get to me for a few weeks." I've never experienced anything like this as a home owner in my 12 years here and was quit nervous when calling for help but Tyler and his team have a well deserved reputation of prompt, honest, quality work.

If you are in need of repairs to your home I would encourage/ recommend Cunningham Construction without trepidation.

We have had work done by Cunningham contractors for over 20 years in two different houses and with varying projects. Bruce and Tyler Cunningham along with John and more recently Ethan have always been easy and wonderful to work with. They have repaired, replaced or customized are homes from roof to basement and their work is always done right and done well the first time! They take a lot of pride in their work, especially when they create and customize something that we never even thought of. The quality of their custom woodwork in particular is amazing there is been no project too small or too large for them. We Highly recommend Cunningham contractors. 5 Stars!!
